This week with our buddies we did some Cross-fit. We had to do hurdles, sit-ups, jumping through a ladder on the ground and running. It was a challenge but we enjoyed it! When we had finished that we got to play Never-ending-tag.

Make a Shiny Crown
One of the reading groups read a book called Make a Shiny Crown. We all got to make our own crowns by following the instructions in the book.
Fundamental Skills sessions
The Junior Syndicate have had Sally from Sport Hawke's Bay come in and take some sessions with us all. For each session we have focused on a Fundamental Movement Skill. So far we have done: catching, under arm throw, running, jumping, over arm throw, two-handed strike and kick. We have two more sessions left where we will cover hand dribble and chest pass. We are having so much fun!
